The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee:
We're excited to be back at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee, again this year. Just 90 minutes outside of Atlanta, this luxury lakefront resort offers a tranquil getaway amid the picturesque Georgia landscape. Located within the 8,000-acre Reynolds Plantation on Georgia's Lake Oconee, this magnificent property draws on local history and culture as the foundation of the guest experience. Registration Package, Price and Payment
The Member Banker/Bank Counsel/Bank Accountant registration price is $679/per person through Sept. 1; add $50 after that date). Spouse/Guest registration is ($99/$149). We will share details regarding the three conference agendas over the coming weeks, as well as plans for afternoon optional activities, such as the golf outing and clay shoot.

There will be no refunds after Sept. 18, but substitutions from within your bank/company are always welcome.

Golf Outing
GBA has reserved tee times for at the Oconee Golf Course on Monday afternoon, Sept. 28, beginning at 1:20 p.m. through 2:20 p.m. The fee of $270 includes green fee, shared cart, practice facility, boxed lunch, and two bottled waters per cart. The course has a snack bar available, at golfer's expense. Transportation to the course is on your own. Club and shoe rentals are available directly through the pro shop.

Clay Reservations
GBA has reserved spots for clay shooting at Old Hudson Plantation on Monday afternoon, Sept. 28 at 2 p.m. The fee of $153/pp includes shells and cart. Transportation to the course is on your own.

Hotel Reservations
As of Aug. 30, 2020, the GBA room block at the Ritz-Carlton Reynolds is sold out. To be placed on the waitlist for a room, contact GBA’s Kathy Friestad with your request; be sure to include the following information so we can act quickly on your behalf if a room opens up: Name for reservation; number of people in room; arrival date, departure date, bed preference, and any special requests. Once your reservation is made, you will receive an email requesting credit card information for your deposit. Your team at GBA is working the block continuously and doing the best we can to accommodate everyone who needs a room.
